What is it like Nursing in London?

Several people have been asking how Margie is doing with her work here in London. Some classic questions have been posed by a grand-nephew:

• "Have people come rushing to you with heart attacks?"
• "Have you seen snow? Is is exciting?"
• "Do you have a skull in your office on your shelf?"
