The Eaton Diary of London 2001
Tonight Margie and I went to the Royal Festival Hall for "Proms Praise" - a concert put on by the All Souls Orchestra.
All Souls, Langham Place is a church in the heart of London with a long history of evangelical witness and well known preachers such as John Stott, who while celebrating his 80th birthday this year, gave a direct and challenging word to conclude the concert.
The Hall is a large concert hall celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. It seats about 2,000 and is reported to have the best acoustics of concert halls in Europe.
