The names of the notes can be worked
out by stepping up and down from the 'F'
line, which is the 4th line from bottom.

Middle C on the Piano, is the C on the first
ledger line above the Bass Clef.

You can work out your own way of
remembering the lines and spaces of the
Bass Clef, but some people use phrases
like "All Cows Eat Grass" for the SPACES and 
"Good Birds Don't Fly Away" for the lines.
